This property was suffering from severe damp issues around the front wall and the bay window area.
A strong cement render had been added in previous years to resolve the issue, this had compromised the drip of the window cills. When removing the strong cement render the brickwork underneath had severely spalled.
Brickwork replaced externally , all cement pointing removed, and lower sections of wall repointed in a Lime based mortar to match original. Stone work reworked to improve weathering to shed rain, note, customer chose not to have broken areas of cill repaired.
This Property was suffering from Damp to the rear wall of the property, with water ingress each time it rained. Extensive cracks were present due to historic subsidence.
Removal of Cement pointing, cement render.

Stitch repair to brickwork across Cracks to prevent further movement.
Repoint using a Lime based mortar to allow the brickwork to breath.
